2. What is your product range?
Our wide product range includes floodlight, street light, pendant light, and power from 60W to 1200W.
3. How many days of production will the order take?
Normally 7-15 days, depending on the order quanity.
4. How do you ship goods abroad?
For sample, trial order, or small quantities we will suggest shipping by air, for large quantity and bulk order we recommend shipping by sea.
5. Does your product support smart control like sensor, dimming, DALI, etc.
They support all of these features, please tell our sales during your negotiation when you need such features.
6. How do you deal with failed lights?
During the warranty period, we will send customer free part or lamp after checking the evidence. After warranty, we only charge the component fees, no extra charge for our customer.
